Creatively I’d say a nice stroll through a gallery or museum and my creative juices start overflowing.  Spiritually I’d say focusing on a chapter from the Bible and I’m instantly encouraged, and my faith strengthens. Emotionally beginning my day early and reflecting on my previous day and going over what I’m grateful for always balances me out emotionally.

How can what you've learned help others?  I’ve had to learn to live with fibromyalgia for two decades now and it’s been extremely challenging on a day to day, but I’ve had to learn not to let that define me. It’s made me more in tune to my body and careful with what I put into it and how I process problems and stress in order to not increase my pain level. Living around a condition is humbling and at the same time makes you slow down and focus on what’s really important and prioritize.
